Coding Agents at Scale: An Internal AI Marketplace at Banco do Brasil

In this talk, Caio Cesar Soares shares how Banco do Brasil, one of Latin America's largest banks, turned fragmented AI experimentation into a governed platform product. Under a mainframe-to-cloud modernization mandate, the platform team built Awesome BB, an InnerSource marketplace inside TechBB (the bank's IDP), with a catalog of 78 skills, 18 agents, 15 MCP servers, 14 plugins, 18 instructions, and 13 prompts, governed per stack across mobile, web, cloud, mainframe, architecture, and integration.
